Roy & Associates is a boutique law firm with highly educated, experienced, energetic and dynamic Advocates and Legal Consultants. We are focused on trying cases for our clients whenever that is necessary.
Roy & Associates was founded by Mr. Saroj Gopal Roy in 1992 and since it’s inception it has maintained the highest personal, ethical and professional standards.

In Roy & Associates we takes a team approach in every aspect of our business. Your case will never be handled by just one person. Instead, the collaboration between support staff and Associate Lawyers, and lead by a firm’s partner, in each individual case we handle, ensures that you are represented as thoroughly and completely as your needs require.
We don’t charge for BASIC Consultations. We offer Free Consultation for our Clients and Potential Clients.
We offer different service packages and fee schedules to our clients based on their required services and nature of the legal issues.
We have three different Service Plans:

For the convenience of our Clients besides Cash we also accept Cheque, Mobile Banking and Online Payments.
In Roy & Associates, we offer different service packages and fee schedules to our clients based on their required services and nature of the legal issues. Every case is uniquely different and therefore we firstly offer an initial consultation to our Clients to understand the actual severity of the case. Accordingly we provide clear and specific pricing proposal to our clients as. Once specific fees is agreed thereafter we never charge any hidden or extra fees.

Our Chamber Schedules are as follows:
- Court Chamber:
- In Working Days (Sun-Thu) During Office Hour (09 AM-5.00 PM).
- Friday & Saturday and in Govt. Holidays Court our Chamber will remain Closed.
- Main Chamber:
- In Working Days (Sun-Thu) During 07 PM-10.30 PM.
- Friday: 07 PM-10.30 PM.
- Saturday: 8 AM-01 PM and 07 PM-10.30 PM.
In case of emergency You can visit our Main Chamber during Public Holidays and in this case you have to book a prior Appointment.
It is preferable to come to our office to avail our services. However, if it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can schedule a date and time to meet with you at a location that is more convenient for you. In addition, we also offer Online Meeting to save your time and money.
